While the Ukrainian nationalist formation celebrates the day of independence, which is funny considering that Kiev does not have any of it, the Ukrainian or Western terrorism is at work again with an explosion in Moscow. Western war criminals' plan is collapsing, that's why they have to resort to such actions out of desperation.
